Northern Line Extension, London

Andrews were recently involved with Transport for London’s first major expansion of the London Underground this century! The Northern Line Extension (NLE) opened to the public September 2021, linking Kennington Station to two new tube stations – Battersea Power Station & Nine Elms. Andrews contrast black skirting kerbs can be seen throughout the two new stations. The order involved supply only of almost 1000 linear meters of straight pre-cast units & 100’s of specialist pre-formed corners all manufactured at our Leeds factory.
