Description of Work:

The laying of 300 x 300 x 28mm precast terrazzo tiles on a bedding screed; grouted fixing and brought to a polished finish together with the fixing into position of terrazzo steps.

It was a delight to see an old barn be transformed into a workable production plant through the skills of our fixers who had to deal with a large number of closure cuts and the installation of the staircase.

The overall finish of this contract was very good and we received positive feedback from the Main Contractor following the completion of our sub-contract.
