Description of Work:

This contract related to the refurbishment of the Market Hall that involved the patching of the existing terrazzo flooring following the removal/installation of the services by the Main Contractor. There was also an area of flooring that required extending into the Market before the entire area was reground following the completion of a number of floor repairs.

We took extreme pleasure in seeing a grotty market hall being transformed into a "new building" where the floor finish exceeded expectations. It was a testimony to the skills of the employees working on this contract that the floor looked as incredible as it did on completion of the works as there were varying floor levels and misaligned tile joints to contend with following the removal of internal walls.

The overall finish of the flooring was excellent and the Main Contractor was very pleased with the finish of the floor.
